Laying off employees from a firm is one of the most unpleasant experiences an employer can go through. However, with our participation the assurance to your employees that you respect and support them will mean a lot to each of them.
Included in our outsourcing activities are regular meetings with each employee that has been downsized, and we will create and moniter an assertive re-employment plan for each of them. We help them prepare a high quality resume and review successful interview techniques. We source and identify open positions for which they are qualified, and, as appropriate, we recommend other fields for which they are qualified. We also offer weekly meetings of all the downsized employees in which they receive not only employment leads, but also mutual support to their search. Finally, we supply the company with a regular report on the success of each employee's job search.
The minimum cost for this service is five hundred dollars for each employee, based on a three month life span of the project and a minimum number of employees in a group. Call us! We can submit a comprehensive bid that is based on what you as the employer wish to provide.
