Sourcing
When working on a sourcing project, we do the initial legwork for an employer related to a search project by identifying people connected to the skill area in which the employer can expect to find the best candidates, and the employer takes over the project at that point. We screen the people according to the employer's criteria, or we just supply the names and contact information. Projects of this type are typically done at an hourly rate, and we are confident you will find our rate to be competitive.
